Delete your TradeGuild account

You can delete your TradeGuild account and its associated data at any time.
There are two ways to do it.
1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open TradeGuild and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account and data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion by web form
If you can no longer sign in or no longer have the app installed, submit a
deletion request here:
Open the account deletion request form
Include the email address of the Google or Apple account you
signed in with, and write “Account deletion” in your message
so we can identify the request. We verify ownership of that email address
before deleting anything, and complete verified requests within
30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in record (Google / Apple)
- Your profile: display name and avatar image
- Your portfolio, positions, and order history
- Your guild membership, guild feed posts, and reactions
- Your streak / quest / achievement progress
- Your AI coach reviews
- Your entries on leaderboards
What is kept, and for how long

Purchase and subscription records are held by Apple and
Google, not by us; they are retained by those stores under their own terms
and by us only as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention law
(typically up to 7 years). Deleting your account does not cancel an active
subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Abuse and moderation records (for example, a report you filed
about another user) are retained in de-identified form so that safety
decisions remain auditable.

Aggregated, anonymous statistics that can no longer identify
you may be retained indefinitely.
アカウントの削除について（日本語）
TradeGuild のアカウントと関連データは、いつでも削除できます。
1. アプリ内から削除する（最短）
- TradeGuild を開いてサインインします。
- 設定を開きます。
- アカウント削除をタップして確認します。
アカウントとデータは即座に削除されます。元に戻すことはできません。
2. ウェブフォームから削除を依頼する
サインインできない場合やアプリを削除済みの場合は、以下のフォームから依頼してください。

サインインに使用した Google または Apple アカウントのメールアドレスと、
本文に「アカウント削除」と明記してください。ご本人確認のうえ、
30日以内に削除を完了します。
削除されるデータ
- アカウントおよびサインイン情報（Google / Apple）
- プロフィール（表示名・アバター画像）
- ポートフォリオ・保有銘柄・注文履歴
- ギルド所属・ギルドフィード投稿・リアクション
- 連続ログイン / クエスト / 実績の進捗
- AIコーチのレビュー
- ランキング掲載情報
保持されるデータと保持期間

購入・サブスクリプションの記録は Apple / Google が保持します。
当社では税務・会計・不正防止のため法令上必要な期間（通常最大7年）のみ保持します。
アカウント削除ではサブスクリプションは解約されません。
App Store または Google Play のアカウント設定で解約してください。

通報・モデレーション記録は、安全性の判断を検証可能にするため、
個人を特定できない形で保持します。

個人を特定できない統計データは継続して保持する場合があります。
